At Trace Minerals, we want you to feel as good as you look in our apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from signs of wear or washing.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
